Position: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Reko Diq SITE – Balochistan

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in mining or heavy industries.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HV, MV, and LV equipment.
• Proven experience managing electrical teams and supervising site electrical activities.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Experience in equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities on-site.
• Willingness to work at remote mining sites and travel as required.

• Supervise daily electrical site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety policies, and environmental regulations.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report status to project management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and testing.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and verifying equipment delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to junior electrical staff.
