
Business Development Representative

B2B Appointment is a fast-growing software and digital services company catering to clients across the globe. As we expand our international presence, we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) — both onsite and remote — to join our team and help accelerate outbound sales efforts in the US, UK, and Canada.
The role involves initiating outbound cold calls to targeted prospects, crafting and executing personalized email outreach campaigns, and professionally responding to inquiries. You'll be responsible for qualifying leads based on set criteria and scheduling appointments for the closing team. You'll also maintain accurate records in our CRM, collaborate with internal teams for seamless lead handovers, and follow up with prospects to support proposal and communication processes.
We're looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English. A US or UK accent is a strong advantage. You should have a confident phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and motivated in a performance-driven environment. Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or SDR roles is preferred. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Go High Level is a bonus. You must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote setup.
Working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday.
Compensation includes a target-based basic salary, high commissions on each closed deal, and performance bonuses and incentives.
