We're Hiring Business Development Manager / Upwork / Sales Specialist / Experienced Upwork Closer & Team Leader

Required Skills:
  1. Minimum 3 Years of experience as HIGH PERFORMING CLOSER on Upwork & Related Platforms
  2. Need to have a strong understanding of CMS Development (WordPress, Shopify, WIX, WebFlow) Processes
  3. Need to have a strong understanding of UX/UI Designs & Design Processes
  4. Having good knowledge & understanding of Mobile Applications Sales, Custom Software & Desktop Applications is a plus
  5. Must be able to Train, Manage & Lead a Team of Business Development Executives
  6. Must have a Strong Analytical & Problem solving Approach
  7. Must have a Strong understanding of Sales Process & Sales Projections
  8. Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strong Team Management Skills i.e Managing Business Development Agents
  2. Build a Solid Sales Pipeline & Plans to achieve Monthly Targets
  3. Utilize your expertise to drive Sales growth for our Web Design, Development Services & UI/UX
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients, leveraging your in-depth knowledge to maximize opportunities.
  5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of web design and development concepts, particularly in WordPress and Wix, to effectively communicate with clients.
  6. Cater to diverse client needs by showcasing your knowledge of mobile app development trends and technologies.
  7. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through self-motivation, ambition, and a proven track record.
  8. Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:

Competitive with growth opportunities, starting from 100K-150K PKR + performance-based incentives + uncapped commission.
