Experience: 2.5 – 3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (HR or Business Administration preferred)

This is a mid-level role designed for professionals with comprehensive HR experience in established organizations. The position involves managing broad HR functions with a strategic and compliance-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Execution of performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handling employee relations, grievances, and internal communication
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • HR planning and collaboration with departmental leadership

Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (HR or Business Administration preferred)

This is a junior-mid level role focusing on the coordination and execution of core HR operations. Ideal for professionals with foundational experience and a strong grasp of HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in recruitment processes and onboarding activities
  • Maintenance of HR records and data systems
  • Coordination of internal reviews, HR sessions, and employee events
  • Support in compensation, attendance, and employee services
  • First-level response to routine employee queries and documentation

Experience: 6 months

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (HR or Business Administration preferred)

This entry-level role is tailored for emerging professionals seeking practical experience in HR functions within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:
