The Community Manager plays a key role in creating a positive and engaging environment for all members of the co-working space. This person will act as the face of the brand, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering a strong community, and providing exceptional member experiences.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers

Responsibilities

  • Greet and onboard new members and ensure a smooth integration
  • Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications
  • Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
  • Build strong relationships with members and regularly check in to understand needs
  • Monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns
  • Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions
  • Respond to member queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage access, booking systems, and seating arrangements.
  • Report and resolve facility maintenance issues
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote the space and attract new members
  • Support tours and onboarding for potential clients and walk-ins.
  • Maintain updated member records, agreements, and billing data.
  • Assist with monthly reports and occupancy tracking.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, startups, and event organizers.
  • Seek opportunities for collaborations that benefit the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
