Job Responsibilities- Provide support to Follow-Up Officers on credit card application processes and related matters.
- Conduct call reviews to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and ensure that turnaround time for acquired products is met.
- Accurately update application records and entries in a timely manner.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required to support daily operations.
- Preferably some administrative experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
