Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Trainee to join our Projects team at our manufacturing site. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while contributing to high-impact initiatives. The role is ideal for early talent looking to build a strong foundation in project management practices within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Trainee, you will support and contribute to the execution of several key HR initiatives, including:

• Support the project team in compiling, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, Document controlling
• Assist in issuance of minutes of meeting
• Support construction manager in site supervision and quality assurance processes by participating in inspections and verifying compliance with quality standards and compiling construction quality control data.
• Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics for project-related activities

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
