- Ideally has experience working with students, startups, or ecommerce
Initial investment is required to co-share responsibilities, demonstrate commitment, and support the early operations (inventory, sourcing, basic infrastructure).
- Equity will be offered with a vesting and cliff structure — so we both grow together, fairly and sustainably.
