We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development/Customer Relationship Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  5. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  7. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  8. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
  9. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team
  10. Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling
  11. Understand key customer individual needs and address these
Requirements and Skills
  1. Experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  2. Experience in customer support is a plus
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  4. Proficiency in English
  5. Market knowledge
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  7. Ability to build rapport
