Job Overview

We are looking for a visionary and technically strong Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology direction and oversee product and project delivery. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong team management skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced software house environment.

As a CTO, you will define the tech roadmap, manage development teams, and ensure successful execution of client and in-house software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align technology with business goals, while maintaining best practices in engineering, DevOps, and product development.

Location: 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Experience: 5+ years (with at least 3 – 4 years in a senior tech leadership role)

Timings: 12:00pm to 9:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 250K - 450K per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and product teams
  • Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client and internal projects
  • Implement and maintain DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Enforce coding standards, security practices, and documentation processes
  • Evaluate and integrate modern tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies
  • Represent the tech team in strategic planning, client calls, and investor meetings
  • Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development
  • 3 – 4+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in web and mobile app development, system architecture, APIs, and DevOps
  • Experience working in or leading a software house or services-based tech company
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset
