Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date and confidential.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Participate in employee performance evaluations and development plans.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture by promoting employee well-being.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Maximum of 2 years of professional experience in HR roles.
