Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design consultant at Workman's retail outlet. He/She will guide walk in customers through space planning, product selection and furniture customisation.The role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Help client with their space and interior planning
  • Advise customers on furniture design and finish selection
  • Maintain / Nurture client relationship
  • Work closely with project execution team to deliver client project

Qualifications

  • Four year design degree ( Furniture/ Textile/ Interior Design / Product Design)
  • 3 + years of proven track record in sales and customer dealing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command in Spreadsheets and Presentation Softwares
