Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching sessions. The trainer will also be responsible for assessing the training needs of the sales team, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role requires close collaboration with the sales management team to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Sales Training experience
• Proficiency in Training & Development methodologies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant training materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
