Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
  2. Track project progress, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Act as a PMO Analyst, applying Evidence-Based Management for strategic decision support.
  4. Provide performance coaching, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  6. Possess analytical acumen, strong facilitation skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  7. Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  8. Monitor and enforce adherence to CureMD's project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across all projects.

Qualifications:

  1. 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience working in Agile environment.
  2. BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
  3. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  4. Proven ability to manage software projects and ensure objectives and commitments are met.
  5. Strong knowledge and experience of agile frameworks particularly Scrum Ceremonies and Practices.
  6. Excellent skills in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Clickup, Microsoft Project or similar project management environment.
  7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for management presentations.
  8. Comfortable leading discussions in a cross-functional group to identify issues and resolutions.
  9. Understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, service and security.
  10. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage product development.
  11. Knowledge of software release, change management and DevOps.
  12. Effective interpersonal skills including motivation, persuasion, and collaboration.
  13. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
