We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their digital marketing needs, and offering tailored solutions to help grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients using researched data.
  • Present and sell our digital marketing services, including web development, SEO, social media marketing, etc.
  • Identify customer pain points and propose customized solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and goals.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Web Dev, social media, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling objections.

Timings:

  • Monday to Friday 07:00 pm to 04:00 am (Weekend off)
