We at MESI Group are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and developing mechanical systems and components.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical systems, components, and products related to elevators. Create detailed engineering drawings, models, and prototypes using CAD software.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, simulations, and tests to ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of mechanical systems. Evaluate designs for adherence to applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for product and process improvement, and implement design modifications to enhance functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Manage projects from conception to completion, adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
  • Select appropriate materials for specific applications based on their properties and performance requirements.
  • Providing technical and product support, helping customers with product setup, and recording all customer complaints, comments, and requests.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and intellectual property.
  • Ensure that designs meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and specifications, to support manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address production-related challenges, provide design guidance, and assist in process optimization.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing technical expertise and communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Job Specification:
  • Proven 4-5 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and other relevant engineering software tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find solutions to technical challenges.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
