Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Companies Act and IFRS (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  2. Manage statutory and IFRS audits, including coordination with Big 4 auditors and internal stakeholders.
  3. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast future financial performance, and analyze variances.
  4. Handle fixed assets accounting, including depreciation posting and FA register preparation.
  5. Perform balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  6. Support tax assessments and audits, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
  7. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, intercompany transactions, treasury, and taxation.
  8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  9. Implement and monitor internal control systems to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  10. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
