Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of client-facing technology projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project timelines are met, team resources are utilized efficiently, task boards are well-maintained, and client communication remains seamless and professional. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations across all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication & Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Manage client emails, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
  • Prepare and share project updates, timelines, and reports with stakeholders
  • Escalate risks and issues with proposed solutions in a timely manner
  • Project Delivery Oversight
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and client records
  • Team & Resource Management
  • Assign and prioritize tasks to team members using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
  • Monitor resource allocation to avoid idle time and ensure optimal productivity
  • Track and analyze log times to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Keep team members focused and engaged with appropriate workloads
  • Task & Workflow Management
  • Maintain and oversee task boards, ensuring clarity and prioritization
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align dependencies and deliverables
  • Drive stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives where applicable
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT Project Management or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing role)
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret and manage log times and resource reports
  • Comfortable working independently and managing remote teams
  • Availability during US business hours is mandatory
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
