About LEOS:

LEOS Developments is a global real estate development group with operations in the UAE, UK, China, and Pakistan. We are building a fully integrated back office in Islamabad to support our international operations. As part of this initiative, we are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant who can lead and manage the end-to-end implementation independently.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-sufficient MSD365 (Finance & Operations) Technical Consultant who can take full ownership of the system's design, development, integration, implementation, and reporting. This role is onsite in Islamabad and will involve close coordination with our senior finance, HR, and operations teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), including technical architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Project Management.
  • Develop and deploy custom workflows, forms, plugins, integrations, and extensions using X++, .NET, and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with functional users to gather technical requirements and ensure seamless translation into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and module-wise configuration with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain system documentation, coding standards, and deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports across business functions by integrating data from D365 and external sources.
  • Monitor performance and carry out system troubleshooting, enhancements, and version upgrades.
  • Serve as the go-to person for all technical aspects of Dynamics 365 in the Pakistan back office.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal stakeholders and ensure system scalability for future modules and user expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (AX/D365) technical roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complete implementation independently.
  • Strong command over X++, .NET, D365 SDK, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in Power BI: report building, dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.
  • Experience with integration services using APIs, OData, and custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Location Note:

While the role is open to candidates, the selected candidate should be willing to relocate to Islamabad. This is a full-time onsite role—no remote or hybrid options.
