Job Description
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or similar role in IT
  • Understanding of automation systems and databases
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Basic scripting skills
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and Cucumber
  • Experience with GitHub automation is essential
  • Understanding testing protocols and different testing methods like white box and black box testing
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage project deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Planning and prioritizing testing activities
  • Building QA automation frameworks
  • Collaborating with design teams on verification protocols
  • Identifying software weaknesses and problem areas
  • Developing automated test procedures and scripts
  • Tracking bugs and investigating issues
  • Designing and managing software database installations
  • Troubleshooting automation software issues
  • Finalizing system procedures with system analysts
  • Creating test plans and cases
  • Preparing detailed test reports
  • Executing tests and conducting regression testing as needed
  • Monitoring quality metrics and process outcomes
Other Details:

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: Tax-free

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (including one-hour break)

Location: DHA, Lahore
