Your role:

As a Senior ML Engineer, you would help us to create and improve our VisionX portfolio. You would need exceptional skills in programming and have knowledge of data science, big data, and software engineering. You are always on the lookout to unlock and maximize your real potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Build scalable, efficient, and high-performance software using classical Machine Learning and Data Science techniques to augment our data analytics platform to help us expand its reporting and analytics capabilities.
2. Build out frameworks and services for our Machine Learning services, systems, and dashboards.
3. Interact with business users, other development, and testing teams.
4. Follow coding best practices - Unit testing, design/code reviews, code coverage, documentation, etc.
5. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
6. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
7. Respond quickly to bug fixes and enhancement requests and be able to take directions and complete tasks on-time with minimal supervision.
8. Work with and help implement data models created by data scientists.

What you need:

1. Solid experience with Traditional ML, DS, NLP, and Gen AI.
2. Master the fundamentals of machine learning algorithms to drive data-driven decisions.
3. Leverage advanced statistical models to uncover hidden insights and patterns.
4. Utilize unsupervised learning techniques to explore and cluster complex datasets.
5. Implement robust machine learning solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks.
6. Harness the power of big data technologies to process and analyze massive datasets.
7. Transform and visualize data to create compelling, actionable insights.
8. Deploy scalable ML solutions on leading cloud platforms for enhanced performance.
9. Integrate ML operations to streamline the deployment and management of machine learning models.
10. Apply deep learning methodologies to solve intricate and high-dimensional problems.
11. Utilize Python's versatility and libraries to build and deploy efficient ML applications.
12. Experience working with NLP and ML packages and frameworks such as spaCy, NLTK, SciPy, etc.
13. Understanding of text processing and feature extraction, text embedding, text classification, and sequence-to-sequence models.
14. Proficiency with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
15. Proficiency with Python language is required.
16. Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets (pulling from AWS, GCP, etc).
17. Experience with data noise removal, data augmentation, dataset truthing, and construction.
18. Familiarity with Linux.
19. Proficiency with languages like JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
20. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
21. Strong written communication skills are preferred.
