Responsibilities:

  1. You own the product design. Own the end-to-end design (interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple features and projects.
  2. Define and execute a comprehensive research plan. Help develop a common design language across systems and applications that can be used seamlessly across very different use cases.
  3. Design, conduct and analyze results from a variety of research studies including usability lab studies, remote research, field studies, and survey design.
  4. Translate user needs and business requirements into concrete ideas, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  5. Build interactive prototypes suitable for validating design decisions with users.
  6. Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  7. Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality.
  8. Use data and customer insights to confidently present design strategy and solutions to senior stakeholders and executive-level leadership.
  9. Scope design initiatives against high-level product roadmaps, allocate resources and prioritize work across multiple domains.
  10. Own the end-to-end design process of the team, ensuring on-time, detailed, and polished deliverables.
  11. Work cross-functionally to drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.
  12. Use systems-level design thinking to drive design solutions from your team that scale.

Qualifications:

  1. Five or more years of UI UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  2. Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
  3. Familiarity with user interface patterns for web, mobile, and service design.
  4. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  5. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
