Job Summary:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities using the Maximo Cloud system. This role focuses on optimising equipment performance and reliability through effective management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks while ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

What You will do:

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) using Maximo Cloud.
• Generate and analyze monthly maintenance, CAPEX, OPEX, and budget reports.
• Manage and coordinate work orders for outsourced services and labour requirements.
• Maintain meter-reading reports for KPI tracking and monitor maintenance consumption/expenses.
• Verify and resolve pending work orders in collaboration with teams.
• Support OEE team and coordinate with Operations Planning for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely maintenance of equipment, including Cranes, Forklifts, Gen-sets, and more.
• Allocate workforce and resources effectively for planned maintenance activities.
• Analyse equipment failures and suggest improvements to enhance reliability.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all maintenance task in the system comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments for maintenance jobs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs and industry standards.

You Bring (Qualification & Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and asset management.
• Proficiency in Maximo or SAP or any ERP Software for maintenance planning.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• In-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage work order priorities effectively.
• Must be flexible in working a 12-hour day shift.
