Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Account Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms using our proprietary in-house automation software.
  • Content Curation & Creation: Responsible for developing compelling content, utilizing AI-driven tools and incorporating client-provided material to resonate with target audiences.
  • Software Performance & Oversight: Ensure the smooth and effective operation of social media accounts on our in-house automation software, including routine checks and optimization.
  • Alert & Notification Management: Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and notifications generated by the automation software, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Audience Development & Data Sourcing: Conduct in-depth research on social media platforms to identify and source data for audience scraping, contributing to targeted campaign development.
  • Strategy & Optimization: Continuously analyze social media performance data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and content needs, ensuring alignment with our automated content strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts for businesses or clients.
  • Demonstrable understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, automation tools and software; willingness to master our proprietary system is essential.
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client interaction.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience with data scraping or lead generation on social media platforms.
  • Background in digital marketing agencies or tech-driven marketing roles.
