Job Title: Video Editor & Content Automation Specialist (Faceless YouTube & AI Tools)

Location: Onsite, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Creative Director / Content Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with a deep understanding of faceless YouTube content, video automation workflows, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality, engaging videos for multiple YouTube channels, while also streamlining production through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit engaging, high-retention videos for faceless YouTube channels (e.g., motivational, finance, tech, or storytelling niches).
  • Work with voiceover scripts, stock footage, animations, AI-generated visuals, and B-roll to create compelling narratives.
  • Utilize AI tools like Pictory, Descript, Runway ML, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, D-ID, etc., to enhance video production.
  • Automate repetitive editing tasks and optimize workflows using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro scripting, After Effects expressions, Python automation, FFmpeg, or Zapier/Integromat.
  • Research and implement video trends, storytelling formats, and retention strategies for YouTube.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and channel managers to ensure cohesive content delivery.
  • Maintain consistent branding, style, and pacing across all videos.
  • Optimize videos for YouTube SEO (thumbnails, titles, tags, and metadata suggestions are a plus).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in video editing for YouTube (faceless content preferred).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop.
  • Working knowledge of AI video tools and automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong storytelling, visual, and audio editing skills.
  • Familiarity with copyright-safe stock resources (audio, video, images).
  • Knowledge of YouTube content strategies and algorithm behavior is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
  • Experience with YouTube automation business models.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.
  • Thumbnail design and basic motion graphics.
  • Scripting or voiceover coordination.
