Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Developer located in Lahore. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. The role involves back-end web development, programming, and support for software development projects. The Odoo Developer will collaborate with functional consultants and IT experts to deliver high-quality custom solutions, provide technical support, and contribute to user training and documentation activities.


•Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Odoo modules


•Customize existing modules and develop new features per specifications


•Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs


•Debug, test, and deploy Odoo updates and enhancements


•Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code


•Integrate third-party APIs and tools with Odoo


•Maintain technical documentation for customizations


•Provide ongoing technical support to internal users

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • More than 2.5 years of experience in Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of Python and object-oriented programming
  • Experience or exposure to Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, XML)
  • Ability to translate business/functional needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
