Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of international experience, with 3 to 4 years preferred. Experience in the UK market is a significant advantage. This role requires a deep understanding of the product line, active listening skills, client management, and phone etiquette.

Salary Range: Market Competitive

Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM

Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance the product offerings.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers. Close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; a UK accent will be a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to thrive in a sales environment, work independently, and as a team player.
