EbsDigital is a UAE-based digital marketing agency focused on helping startups and SMEs scale through a mix of strategy, performance, and creative execution. Our core services include influencer marketing, paid media, social media management, content creation, and marketing automation. As we grow, we're looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Lead who can help us set up, manage, and scale our operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Lead who has worked in agency environments and managed international clients, ideally from the UAE or Gulf region. This person will be responsible for establishing delivery systems, managing end-to-end campaign execution, building a reliable team, and serving as the bridge between internal execution and client communication.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who is process-oriented, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing a team and clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for all digital marketing services, including paid media, social, content, and influencer campaigns

• Translate client briefs into clear action plans and delegate to the right resources

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations across channels

Operations & Delivery Setup

• Build and implement internal workflows and SOPs for efficient campaign execution

• Set up tools and systems (Trello, ClickUp, Drive) for project tracking and status management

• Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality across all outputs

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Lead client meetings, provide regular updates, and handle feedback and escalations

• Work closely with the CEO to identify new opportunities for upselling or expansion

Team & Resource Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage freelancers and junior staff across performance, design, and content

• Review and approve creative and media deliverables

• Ensure alignment across team members and maintain accountability

Requirements

• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an agency setting

• Experience managing international clients, with a strong preference for those who have worked with UAE or GCC brands

• Strong understanding of digital channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, influencer marketing, and organic content

• Experience building and managing remote or hybrid teams

• Proficient in reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural dynamics

• Exposure to CRM tools and marketing automation platforms

• Working knowledge of AI tools for content and campaign acceleration

• Familiarity with creative tools like Canva or Figma
