Job Description:

In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their IT needs to deliver simple, consumable solutions that drive business results. Join us to redefine what's next for you.

What you'll do:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions that meet customers' needs. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on leading-edge technologies and industry knowledge. Contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by sharing technical knowledge and methodologies based on customer project experience. Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for customers. Maintain significant chargeability levels and support revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Support business growth by generating new opportunities and assisting in deal proposals.

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainably. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment and may provide team leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions.
• Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
• Analyze and develop enterprise technology solutions as a Principal Consultant.
• Lead technical assessments and delivery of solutions to customers.
• Coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations.
• Offer advanced technical consulting and advice on proposals, designs, and system tuning.
• Contribute to strategic planning.
• Gather data to understand customer needs.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers.
• Develop customer technology solutions using industry products and technologies.
• Engage in technical problem solving across technologies.
• Share knowledge within the community and contribute to professional growth.
• Support sales activities, manage bids, and contribute to proposals.

What you need to bring:

• 8+ years of professional experience and a relevant degree; or 11+ years of experience without a degree.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Monitoring Tools, ITOM, AI Ops, Customer Facing, Observability.
• Deep technical knowledge across multiple technologies.
• Innovation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and re-use solutions, understand architectural dependencies, and communicate confidently with stakeholders.
