Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Executive to join our team at KAUB TECH Pvt Ltd, based in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will work in close collaboration with our marketing team to provide valuable insights on client requirements and market trends. The ultimate goal of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets, driving the company's growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on market demands and client needs
- Achieve and surpass sales targets to contribute to company growth
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Deep understanding of client needs and ability to tailor solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in CRM software (GHL) (Not Mandatory)
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: Upto 120,000 PKR
- Attractive Bonus Structure
Working Hours:
- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Location:
Office #22, First Floor, Maryam Business Center, Shamsabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
