Aurix is a leading software agency specializing in automation, AI-driven solutions, and localization and data annotation platforms. We build robust, scalable systems that power mission-critical workflows, and we're looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Design & Develop: Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security), Hibernate/JPA, and JDBC.
  • Data Layer: Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Apache Solr.
  • API Integration: Create and consume web and mobile APIs (REST and SOAP), ensuring high performance, security, and documentation.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery workflows using GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and drive improvements in architecture, performance, and security.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Experience: 6+ years in backend development with Java and Spring ecosystem.
  • Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Apache Solr.
  • API Mastery: Strong track record designing RESTful and SOAP APIs, with attention to documentation and versioning.
  • CI/CD Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to set up and manage pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Security Mindset: Familiarity with Spring Security and secure coding practices.
  • Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize for performance at scale.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication in English; collaborative team player.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
