UI/UX Designer - Fintech Specialist

We're Hiring an Experienced UI/UX Designer

Are you a seasoned designer with a proven track record in creating intuitive and user-friendly fintech mobile applications? Karsaaz Solutions is seeking a UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing fintech user interfaces. If you have experience working on microfinance apps like JazzCash, NayaPay, or EasyPaisa, we'd love to see your portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fintech UI Expertise: Design sleek, functional, and user-centered interfaces for fintech mobile apps, ensuring seamless usability and aesthetic appeal.
  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand user behavior in the fintech space and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with industry standards and enhance user experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
  • Microfinance Focus: Develop solutions tailored to the needs of microfinance and digital wallet platforms, integrating modern trends and best practices.
  • Iterative Improvements: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design for fintech applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing fintech projects, especially mobile apps for microfinance or digital wallets.
  • Familiarity with industry leaders like JazzCash, NayaPay, EasyPaisa, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Direct experience designing currently running microfinance or fintech apps.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards in fintech UI/UX design.
