SEO Team Leader

We are currently looking to expand and are keen to recruit an SEO Team Leader / SEO Manager to their team.

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Be the first point of contact for the keywords, content, link building and social media, overseeing and running their day to day activities, focus and strategy.
  2. Act as the strategic lead providing recommended keyword and link building strategy documentation.
  3. Take on strategic research providing insight into keyword and keyword cluster profitability.
  4. Carry out link profiling research to ensure a natural link profile is built/maintained.
  5. Assemble keyword targeting and team link split at the beginning of each month.
  6. Gather and provide insight into link building techniques and new technology/partnerships.
  7. Identify further opportunities for existing clients.
  8. Be responsible for managing a team.
  9. Work to ensure all deadlines are agreed and met.
  10. Respond to or ensure a member of the team responds to all client communications in a timely fashion.
  11. Provide daily, weekly and monthly plans and updates on activities and any potential opportunities.
Skills required:
  1. Proven number of years of SEO experience.
  2. Ethical approach to SEO.
  3. High level knowledge of SEO off and on page ranking factors including SEO tech.
  4. Strong account management skills with the ability to communicate processes and techniques clearly.
  5. High level knowledge of all standard tools such as GA, SEOmoz, Majestic and Hitwise.
  6. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  7. Working HTML knowledge.
  8. Good knowledge of web, web 2.0, HTML5, e-commerce as well as its place in multi-channel business.
  9. Good exposure to PPC and Social Media and how they work with SEO.
  10. Strong leadership skills and able to motivate & inspire the team.
  11. Strong SEO experience and the ability to inspire confidence in SEO ability and skill.
  12. Strong Social media marketing experience.
