Quote Specialist/Senior Quote Specialist

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Engineering
  • Experience in quotations with a Contract Manufacturer
  • At least 2 years of experience in NPI and Procurement Engineering
  • Experience in reading technical drawings and secondary processes
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead SCM in communication with BDG and RFQ team on project kick-off
  • Coordinate and manage RFQ activities per project by liaising with various departments
  • Review quote packages, identify BOM make/buy logic, and launch RFQ packages to SCM team
  • Support RFQ quote activities to meet deadlines
  • Analyze quotes from suppliers to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
  • Prepare quote summaries for team review prior to submission
  • Work independently and apply knowledge to resolve issues within the team and company
