Marketing Associate - Video Content & Affiliate Marketing - REMOTE

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Associate focused on social media video content creation to join us. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and be skilled in producing engaging video content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role will involve creating educational and promotional videos that align with our brand and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, and other video-based social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and high-quality video content.
  • Align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Optimize video content for market trends and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
  • Manage video production from concept to post-production, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Contacting affiliate marketers and introducing our brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video content creator, preferably in the beauty and skin care industry.
  • Skills of excel and word for list making.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality video content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a personal Laptop and fast internet speed to work from.
