Job Responsibilities
  1. Accurately clean and organize large datasets of student information.
  2. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  3. Standardize data formats and ensure data integrity.
  4. Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze student performance, attendance, fee vouchers, and other relevant metrics.
  5. Create insightful reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  6. Develop customized dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  7. Automate repetitive tasks using Excel's built-in tools and macros.
  8. Streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  9. Create personalized documents (e.g., certificates, letters) using Mail Merge.
  10. Generate bulk documents efficiently and accurately.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  12. Offer technical support and training to team members on Excel best practices.
  13. Engage with students and resolve their queries.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Masters or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience in educational institutions or similar settings.
  3. Strong understanding of Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
  4. Expertise in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other lookup functions.
  5. Proficiency in Mail Merge and data validation.
  6. Knowledge of other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
