The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center to strengthen our digital capabilities globally. We support central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

As a Channel Operations Lead, you will ensure high standards of production consistency and quality across digital marketing channels, starting with Email and Web. You will collaborate with the Channel Experience, MarTech, and IT teams to gather best practices, monitor channel utilization, oversee workflows, and track performance metrics. Your focus will be on aligning production processes with Roche's digital transformation goals and operational excellence, escalating issues proactively, and supporting scalable, data-driven digital engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Gather Best Practices: Research, identify, and document effective strategies through collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure Production Consistency and Quality: Oversee implementation of standardized processes, conduct quality checks, and suggest optimizations.
  • Report on Channel Utilization and Metrics: Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Escalate Potential Issues: Monitor activities, communicate concerns promptly, and develop mitigation strategies.
Who You Are

A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experienced in digital marketing operations. You excel at managing workflows, metrics, and escalation paths in fast-paced, international environments, ensuring high standards of digital content delivery.

Required Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
