Overview

We are hiring an Android Engineer at Hazel Mobile, Pakistan's top game and app studio, where your ideas become groundbreaking Mobile, VR, and iOS products. Responsibilities
  • Apply expertise in Kotlin (coroutines) and Java to build Android applications.
  • Implement dependency injection using Dagger2, Hilt or Koin.
  • Design Android UI following principles, patterns, and best practices; work with ConstraintLayout.
  • Work with Android SDK and support multiple screen sizes.
  • Integrate with back-end services via RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Retrofit and Volley.
  • Utilize Firebase Cloud Services, including Notifications, Data Messages, Analytics, Remote Config, Real Time Database and Crashlytics.
  • Work with Room and SQL databases.
  • Apply design patterns and MVVM architecture with LiveData, Jetpack components, Data Binding, Paging, Navigation, Work Manager, etc.
  • Understand Google Android design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Version control with Git.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Android applications.
  • Portfolio with at least two published Android apps.
