Location: Onsite at Umair Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi

Compensation: PKR 60,000–120,000 basic + monthly bonuses + commission (starting from the 2nd sale)

Type: Full-time, Office-based (shifts aligned with U.S. business hours)

About the Role

We're hiring experienced Sales Representatives to drive B2B acquisitions for U.S. telecom campaigns (AT&T & Spectrum). You'll engage business customers over the phone, qualify needs, present packages, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining excellent QA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. business prospects; handle qualified inbound as needed.
  • Pitch AT&T & Spectrum business solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline; update CRM with accurate notes.
  • Hit daily/weekly KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue) and maintain QA scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads on scripts, rebuttals, and offer updates.
  • Follow compliance, DNC, and data-handling guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience on AT&T and/or Spectrum (call center or telesales), preferably B2B.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B campaigns (prospecting, qualification, decision-maker handling).
  • Outstanding English communication with a clear/neutral U.S. accent and strong listening skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient closer with objection-handling expertise.
  • Comfortable working evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and earning commissions.
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks and call monitoring feedback.
