Industry: US Healthcare (Revenue Cycle Management)

Experience Level: 6 months – 3+ years

Timings: Evening/Night Shift preferred (US time zone)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing & submitting claims to insurance companies
• Verifying insurance benefits and patient eligibility
• Working denials and following up on unpaid claims
• Ensuring accuracy in coding and compliance
• Coordinating with AR callers and internal teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Good knowledge of medical billing processes (UB04/CMS-1500)
• Familiarity with RCM tools and billing software
• Strong English communication (verbal + written)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with specialties like DME, Cardiology, or Behavioral Health
• Certification in Medical Billing & Coding
• Experience in US-based billing projects
