Operational Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Operational Specialist with a background in operations management to build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and support business growth.

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing fleet partner relationships by building long-term trust-based partnerships aligned with our business objectives
2. Setting and monitoring acquisition targets to ensure monthly and city-wide goals are met or exceeded
3. Driving partner acquisition initiatives to support growth, improve retention, and boost operational efficiency
4. Overseeing vehicle branding execution to ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards
5. Conducting training sessions for partner staff on acquisition, retention, and operational best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Implementing strategies from headquarters to ensure smooth execution and effective alignment at the partner level

You might be a fit if you have:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
• Have 3+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar fields)
• Demonstrate a strong track record of building and managing partnerships
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Show leadership potential and the ability to manage teams
• Make data-driven decisions and focus on optimizing processes
