We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), particularly React.js or Next.js on the frontend, to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications in a collaborative and agile environment.

  • Develop responsive, high-performance, and scalable web applications using React.js / Next.js.
  • Design and implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Integrate and manage data with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize frontend performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Deploy applications and maintain CI/CD pipelines (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development (React.js / Next.js + Node.js + MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
  • Experience with MongoDB including aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Next.js features such as SSR, ISR, and static site generation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
