The ideal candidate should have experience writing for technical audiences , including Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, FinOps teams, IT leaders, and MSPs. Your role will be to translate complex cloud-related concepts into content that fosters awareness, educates prospects, and supports strategic marketing objectives.

Your role will be to translate complex cloud-related concepts into content that fosters awareness, educates prospects, and supports strategic marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create well-researched, insightful content such as:
• Blog posts and web articles
• Feature walkthroughs and tutorials
• Role-based use case content
• Comparison and framework-based pieces
• Educational content on cloud optimization and FinOps
• Explain technical features in clear, concise, and compelling language.
• Follow outlines, keyword lists, and content briefs provided by the team.
• Accurately explain cloud-related concepts such as:
• FinOps practices
• Cloud cost optimization
• Waste detection and automation
• Rightsizing and forecasting
• Product feature use cases
• Make complex topics easy to understand for a technical reader.
• Support content for various stages of the user journey—awareness, consideration, and decision.
• Collaborate with product experts and marketing teams to gather insights and align messaging.
• Write with clarity, structure, and relevance to both technical and business readers.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand tone and best writing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field(MBA in Technology Management or Digital Transformation is a bonus)
• 1-2 years of experience writing technical content for:
• Cloud SaaS products
• DevOps, FinOps, or infrastructure management tools
• IT service providers or cloud consultancies
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure—especially in billing, cost optimization, and infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated ability to write for technical personas like SREs, Cloud Engineers, or CTOs.
• Experience producing a variety of content types: blog posts, web pages, tutorials, product walkthroughs, and whitepapers.
• Strong research and interview skills—can extract insights from engineers or documentation and turn it into engaging content.
• Excellent command of English, with an ability to explain technical terms in reader-friendly language.
• Comfortable writing long-form technical articles with clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, CI/CD, API integrations, or cloud dashboards is a plus.
• Basic SEO knowledge (headings, keywords, structure) is a bonus.
