Good clinical knowledge of emergency medicine. The candidate should possess good communication and soft skills. Additional benefits are given to those with valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.

  1. Anticipate timely management of emergency patients through appropriate primary and secondary assessments (triage) and immediate management.
  2. Execute Indus Hospital A&E department SOPs in patient care and demonstrate good management skills in procedures.
  3. Ensure work procedures and technical specifications required by the hospital are followed according to clinical SOPs.
  4. Provide medical support to team members to facilitate quick patient management.
  5. Document all patient medical information accurately and thoroughly.
  6. Properly hand over and take over patients at the end of each shift.
  7. Maintain a professional and polite doctor-patient approach at all times to understand patient concerns.
  8. Adhere to the proper dress code as per human resources policies.
