Role Summary

Pixelette Technologies is in search of an experienced and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting visual concepts that resonate with our audience and convey the transformative nature of our technological solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of artistic ability, creative thinking, and proficiency in design software to create compelling graphics and visual narratives for a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive graphic concepts that align with Pixelette Technologies' branding, marketing strategies, and technological innovations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to produce graphic content that communicates complex tech concepts in an accessible and visually engaging manner.
  • Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs for digital and print media.
  • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for new design projects that enhance our brand identity and digital presence.
  • Oversee and curate graphic libraries and design assets, maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials.
  • Stay current with graphic design trends and technology, continuously enhancing our visual content and design strategies.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating graphics for a tech-focused audience.
  • Proficient in the latest graphic design software and tools, with an emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Adept in conceptualizing and executing designs that distill complex ideas into clear, visually appealing graphics.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a history of successful projects developed in team environments.
  • Organizational acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of design assets.
