Sales Representative Job DescriptionAbout Smartech Solutions:
Smartech Solutions is an Information Technology and Services company based in Lahore. We are a leading provider of Energy and Telecom Billing solutions for clients in the USA. Our focus is to provide high-quality services and solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and customers during the night shift, targeting the USA market.
- Communicate and sell Energy and Telecom Billing services, including Home Warranty and Telecom Billing for companies such as Spectrum, Xfinity, Comcast, etc.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors, and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Preferably experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of Energy and Telecom Billing industry is a plus.
