Program Overview:

This internship is part of our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program, focused on grooming aspiring marketers into strategic product research professionals. As a Product Research Intern, you will support the product and strategy team in identifying market gaps, exploring user needs, and contributing to innovation across product lines.

We are looking for intellectually curious individuals with a strategic mindset—those who are eager to solve problems, and adaptable to rapidly evolving environments, including emerging trends in AI and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to support product innovation
  • Analyze industry trends, especially in AI-driven tools and emerging technologies
  • Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and secondary data
  • Assist in preparing detailed research reports and product briefs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Tech
  • Support the ideation process for new products or feature enhancements
  • Help define product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA (Marketing) – Final semester or fresh graduates
  • Alumni or final-year students from NUST, Bahria or SZABIST
  • Passion for research, product development, and technology trends
  • Able to work full-time onsite during internship period
