Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, reservations, and guest services.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train front office staff, ensuring high levels of professionalism and service.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy levels, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, billing, and payments using the hotels PMS.
  • Prepare front office budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Drive upselling efforts and promote hotel services and facilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience in IDS Software mandatory
