We're on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Marketer with a strong track record of driving sales and conversions through strategic social campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google etc.) with a focus on driving sales.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and real-time data analysis.
  • Monitor performance analytics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and report insights with actionable suggestions.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing with proven results in driving sales.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of influencer collaborations and UGC strategies.
