Position: Sales Associate
Location: 45/1 First Floor, Silk Center, Rawalpindi
Type: On-site, Full-time
Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our business forward.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right solutions. This is an on-site role with night shift timings from 7 PM to 4 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels.
  • Present and promote our services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
